• We offered immersive VR and 3D tours of properties to significantly enhance the listing experience allowing buyer clients to explore properties in great detail from the comfort of their own homes. This is especially beneficial for out-of-town buyers or for those who prefer a preliminary digital viewing before visiting in person.

Learned:

• Together with my amazing clients, we’ve shifted away from conventional staging. Instead of adding layers, we’ve been uncovering the beauty that’s already there.
