The Lakelands Real Estate board reported 124 non-waterfront residential sales and 129 active listings in Muskoka.

April saw buyers continue their strong demand for waterfront properties in Muskoka/Huntsville/Lake of Bays while the inventory of waterfront listings remained low continuing the seller’s market of the past months. As we move into the summer months we will see if additional inventory helps to cool the current waterfront real estate market.  In non-waterfront residential sales according to The Lakelands Real Estate board for Muskoka overall, there were 124 sales in April and 129 active listings.
