North Muskoka Market Update December 2022

Increases in interest rates took a toll on waterfront and non-waterfront sales activity throughout the Lakelands Association Real Estate Board in December.   Non-waterfront sales posted 38% lower than in December 2021. Waterfront sales activity in December dropped to its lowest level since 2008, posting a drop of 51% from December 2021 sales activity.
