Waterfront Market Update – July 2021

Sales of waterfront properties in Muskoka, Huntsville and Lake of Bays showed an easing from the frenzy of the first and second quarters. Although the market heat is slowing somewhat, prices remain strong and we are still very much in a Seller’s market.
