Waterfront Market Update – November 2021

November  2021 waterfront sales in Lake of Bays were on track with 2020 registering one sale less than November prior year. Huntsville waterfront sales activity increased 18%, recording 200 sales versus 169 in November 2020. Active waterfront listings in both Huntsville and Lake of Bays decreased from the prior year.  Non-waterfront sales activity in Lake of Bays remained unchanged with 38 sales in both 2021 and 2020. Huntsville non-waterfront sales increased with an additional 27 sales this year over 2020. Active non-waterfront listings in Huntsville decreased 26% over 2020 active listings. Tighter inventory and strong buyer demand continue to point to upward price points.
