Welcome to Our Summer Intern!

Lily is presently enrolled at the University of Guelph, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Real Estate. Entering her third academic year in the upcoming fall of 2024, Lily is actively engaged in a program renowned for its legacy and effectiveness. The Real Estate and Housing program, established by the University of Guelph in the 1990s, is meticulously crafted to furnish students with the requisite analytical acumen and conceptual managerial proficiencies essential for navigating the dynamic landscape of the real estate industry.

This comprehensive curriculum encompasses a spectrum of specialized real estate courses, Moreover, students are equipped with a robust foundation in fundamental business principles, encompassing subjects such as Macro and Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, and Operations Management. The nature of this program not only cultivates experience in real estate-specific disciplines but also imparts a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.

Lily brings a rich agricultural background to her endeavors, having been raised on a prominent and technologically sophisticated dairy farm. Despite her academic commitments, she dedicates considerable time throughout the school year to actively participate in farm operations. Notably, she is an esteemed member of 4-H Canada, an esteemed agricultural program catering to youths aged 6 to 21.Lily exhibits cattle for the county of York, where her leadership skills were recognized through her election as the president of the club for the year 2024. Additionally, she showcases cattle for her family’s farm, a pursuit that has taken her across Canada and the United States to compete in prestigious events such as the Royal Winter Fair and the World Dairy Expo.

Drawing from her extensive agricultural background, Lily looks forward to applying her firsthand experiences to inform her endeavors in real estate, while also leveraging her understanding of real estate dynamics to enrich her engagement with agricultural ventures.

Representing a new breed of realtors, Lily is well-versed in the economics of real estate.  With a keen interest in specializing in farm and large agricultural operations in her home location, she also has a passion for luxury waterfront properties in Lake of Bays, where her family owns cottages. Lily’s unique blend of academic prowess and personal experience positions her to excel in both specialized and high-end real estate markets, ensuring  clients receive exceptional and knowledgeable service.
