We spent over a year searching for the “perfect cottage” on Lake of Bays. Her patience and easy going disposition is well matched with her knowledge of the lakes. After a few conversations and cottage viewings, Jay quickly assessed our needs and helped us further define our criteria. This was particularly helpful as she saved us a number of trips up from the city for properties that looked good on MLS but would not have been right for us.

One particular way that Jay impressed us was that she always went the extra mile in everything she did. A perfect example was our closing. We ran into a number of issues and she was always extremely thorough, organized and diligent in terms of the details and resolving outstanding points. She handled all of the details which was a huge help to us as we were not able to be up at the lake that week.
